PAYMENT DETAILS 

ATF CAPITAL CONSTRUCTION's estimating services are provided on a firm hourly rate.

When working on an hourly rate basis, there are no additional multipliers to our rate for hours worked in excess of forty hours per week. All hours billed are itemized by day and by description. 

Our current hourly rate is $35.00/Hr and is scheduled to change periodically.  Be sure to check this page in the future for updates.

General Contractors and Subs - Send us an email with your typical scope of work and drawings as PDF or TIF file, and we will get started on your construction cost estimate right away.

When an estimate is well thought out and accurately reflects the costs that will be encountered in the field, the chances of a profitable job are greatly increased.
