Axis Condominium 

To the left here we have two 40 story highrise buildings called the Axis Condominum which was built in 2007, there was rougly 15,000SF  per floor for each tower.  The garage pedestal consisted of 7 stories and a pool deck with a footprint of roughly 90,000SF per floor.  There were 3 tower cranes and a mobile crane.

The project abutted the metro mover, and powerlines wraped the perimeter of the site.

Disney's Animal Kingdom Annex Lodge

This project is shaped in a giant M, with 32 buildings, the first level slab was an 18" transfere slab, followed by four levels of tunnel forming.

QUALIFICATIONS:

ATF Capital Construction has more than 20 years combined experience, with a diversified back-round of civil engineering, construction management, and shell construction.

Alexander Fournaris: 

Alexander Fournaris: President and Founder of ATF Capital Construction also known as ATF Estimating Services. 

Alexander Fournaris is a Certified General Contractor, with more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry.   He has worked on most of Miami’s juiciest projects.  From the tallest building from here to Atlanta the 64 Story Tower in Brickell called the Four Seasons, to managing all facets of concrete construction on two 40 story towers in Brickell, to estimating and closing the sales on MIC East Concourse.  Alexander has seen it and performed from start to finish.  He specializes in understanding the means and methods of construction and creating value by understanding the importance of bottom line costs, and how to make a profit with the least amount of resources.

Alexander Fournaris oversees all aspects of the business, office management, client relations, estimating, and project management.  His experience began  two years before graduating high school, he started installing doors and windows as a carpenter.  Soon after he worked as an assistant project engineer with Bovis Lend Lease on the Four Seasons Project in Miami, FL. 

At Bovis Lend Lease he participated in the development and execution of projects. He provided statistical reports and data on engineering projects, in addition to providing invoicing, purchase needed materials and equipment, punch list inspections, field research, and administrative duties.

After the project was over he decided to join a Construction Management Firm that acted as owners representatives.  At Claro Development solutions he worked on two Hotel Renovation Projects.  He supervised and coordinated the progress and completion for each project with subcontractors. In addition, he was responsible for organizing site visits and coordinating RFI's. He executed dimensional check for condo conversion and he was in charge of all the schedulling. Thereafter he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Florida International University Miami, Florida. He started as an Assistant Project Engineer and worked his way up to earning titles like Project Coordinator, Quality Control Manager, Project Manager, Estimator, Sales Representative, and Consultant to President and Founder of his own company. With years of in the field experience, Alexander worked his way up to Estimating for one of the largest Structural Concrete Contractors in the United States. He estimated and executed projects in excess of $50 million. His comprehensive & detailed knowledge, dedication, leadership and unbelievable work ethics assures our clients excellent services. 

Rafael Garate:  Head of Estimating with a Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, Rafael oversees our estimators,and junior estimators  assuring accurate takeoffs are created, and that all critical items affecting costs are carried and especially noted to our clients.  He creates detailed scope of work proposals and breakdowns  for projects estimated.   Because of His background in structural engineering, he works closely with clients with addendum changes, design issues, budgeting and value engineering. His constant attention to updates in pricing and technology gives us an edge on understanding current economic conditions.
