Our estimating services are performed on a mutually agreed upon schedule. We request that our clients send us all the information prior to beginning the takeoff process, to prevent questions and concerns. Our turnaround time is normally within 2 to 4 days depending on the complexity of the project.
If your bid is due ASAP, upon our acceptance of schedule constraints we will stretch and make sure your estimate is completed accurately and on time. If we receive your bid documents the day before your bid is due and your project requires overtime review other fees may apply.
Our services are billed by the day, hourly, or not to exceed lump sum. Our hourly rate is $45.00/Hour. All Lump Sum pricing shall be in writing prior to the outset of the services. If the project is greater than 30 hours we normally request a deposit up front. All hours are billed and itemized as required by day and description. Invoices shall be paid prior to delivery of service.
Fees apply for revisions, addendums, extra work orders, etc.
Upon delivery of estimate, we are always available for Q&A free of charge. We encourage a formal review of the estimate to ensure successful turnover.
Our bids are generally competitive and we ask that all contractors to perform their own due diligence prior to submitting their final proposal.
